The key thing is end and view, and having the mind set of someone who's going to go in and not just accept the status quo. What was crucial in my client's case was giving these people the authority backed by the c eo. We we don't think there's a a kind of fundamental distinction between product owner and process owner. It doesn't have to be a senior person. The two people i described who did this role were not super experienced, were not, had not got a certifications
