Human Rights vs Human Dignity

debates about utility are no more determinate. Agreement is no more guaranteed, the logic is no more mor decisive than how to apply kantian principles or aristotelian ciples. I think it's a mistake to point to the contestability of how to apply a principle in practice. Whether that principle is maximis utility, or whether that principle is respect human dignity.
