I think parenting in its like best form is a collaboration. Like I hold the vision of what I want our family life to look like, but my kids are welcome to contribute to that. And I tell my kids all the time, it doesn't have to be perfect. It just has to be done. But I also am kind of fixated on the concept of frameworks rather than formulas.

This week I was delighted to welcome my friend of nearly ten years Lauren Gaggioli to the show for a practical and insightful conversation about purpose, parenting, and productivity.
