Are There Any Ways to Promote Satiety?
There is probably a real benefit to starting the early part of the day with a very high energy and high protein first meal that's breakfast. Good sources of protein less ultra processed foods but also it configs with bulking meals to a certain degree. High volume foods appear to be beneficial as far as providing that sense of bulk to the diet without the added energy density.
