There are two types of catch, tuna and crill. Tuna is a enormous fish, it's a big whap on the deck when you pull it in. Crill is little, teeny, beany crustaceans that you can hardly see. And so if you imagine a reductive move in the direction of finding some tuna, would be cancelling an international conference. We're dropping a product line. We're letting go of a region. Those are big, reductive cuts. But crill is easier for most people, and it's manageable, and it also doesn't rip your shoulder out when you're trying to reel it in. These little crill moments are
