Russia's Importance in the War in Ukraine

Russia has become an economic pry in the West, but Russia is not viewed in the same way outside of the West. A lot of states have resisted aligning with the US and Europe on the issue. The big question is about quote unquote global south. And what is happening there, Russia while conducting the really imperial war against one of its former possessions, says that they are waging anti-imperial war against the west.
