Bitcoin: Anonymity and Traceability

I think if we lived in an economy, any economy can run on any money supply as long as the units are divisible. There's enough basically, there's enough satoshis. It's simply a matter of the value divided into them. I don't really think that a permanent ledger which is what a blockchain is, is really going to work very well as a place to hide. So generally, people who think Bitcoin is good for crime, I think it's a terrible idea.
