The Collapse of the IRS Whistleblower Plea Deal

Republican Congressman Jim Jordan credited the IRS whistleblowers for the collapse of the plea deal. The judge told both sides to work out how the deal was structured and resubmitted when it can pass constitutional muster. She gave them 30 days to submit briefs.
