Are We Overvaluing Experts?
We're kind of overvaluing experts in many ways. Is that a phenomena of just our society, that we're doing that? Or why is that happening, and how wood society like change to not overvalue experts yet? I think some of this overvaluing is asking them to do things that their expertise doesn't equip them for. And also, even, i think medicine's a great example, because increasing specializ has been both inevitable and beneficial in medicine.
