On the night of the thirteenth of october, a lone german e boat came in and fired three torpedoes into royal oak's hull. Out of a crew of 14 hundred 833 men and boys perished,. That included around a hundred boy sailors, all of whom were under the age of 18. And arthur and and kenneth were amongst the boys who survived it.
