Do You Need Me Anymore?

In the business world there is an essence in especially going down more in like the coaching space, one of the things that i say whenever i'm coaching or consulting. I want to create something for you, whether it be a system,. Whether it be mine set stuff or tools. And whatever it may be, i don't want you to have to rely on me, because that sucks. There 's something that, er, i was whent when i first heard it as ik, that osn't rally make much sense aslike, as a coach, you want to make yourself redundant. That's like, what? I don't get that at all.
