How to Be a Successful First Time Home Buyer
I'm sort of addicted to HGTV specifically property and other products. I love just watching it because in my mind, I'm like, this must be worth something, right? Like maybe in the future when I'm a home buyer, I'll have some sort of remodeling knowledge or you know, these will like transfer over basically. Just watching that transformation is still always fun because there's so much potential with certain homes. You can take a wall out here or there, do a kitchen remodel. It doesn't matter or you can save some money here, refinish the floors and it'll still look brand new. The transformation is just always amazing when you see a very rundown house
