One third of all power bi files do not use folders or grouping it in some way. Making perimeters to control your data sources would be my feature set here. You don't even need to go into power query to edit the names of the serviter transition between servers. I find this works really well when i'm working with like dev prod, i need to change server all at once to point to a new data set.
