How to Be a Successful Leader

I think that's a great mark of leadership because the other thing would be is to let the voices, the fears, the insecurities win and say, well, we're going to slow down a little bit. Do you ever get people, you know, tapping you on the shoulder, knocking on your door, going, we're giving away our best stuff here? What are you doing? Like what kind of strategy or is that more of an internal battle? I don't want to create any unrealistic expectations anybody listening. There are healthy ways to do it. And there are unhealthy ways.
