The single biggest issue growth investors are focused on to day is the easy way out for all these companies. They want to give a bunch of free stock to employees to help offset that pain. I had a ceo of an incredible company call me and say, listen, we pay our engineers a million bucks ahead, but we give them stock that, over the last five years, has been worth another million dollars each year. So they built their lives as though they had two million dollars a year in income. And now when we tell them, tha, this upcoming year, the milt, we're not making whole on that million.
