Why Startups Shouldn't Take Debt
SaaS companies could raise because they have a lot of probability to revenues but then you know it's a two way thing right the people who don't actually require debt are often given debt. People in biotech space or a high IP oriented space or you know consumer startups, e-commerce startups all these guys shouldn't take debt at all. Debt is not for taking risks so none of us borrow money and then go and go gambling I'm not equating startups to gap I'm just saying that you don't take a high risk venture you take for doing something where there is a expectation of cash flow generation.
