Officer Wally worked as a campus security officer at Virginia Wesleyan University in 2006. The small Methodist college has less than 1500 students and no police force. Officer Wally's job was to make sure buildings were secure and that the right doors were locked. Now almost all American colleges have an attachment of uniformed police to keep them safe.
