The 23rd amendment didn't really clarify what dc is Constitutionally like. You've got to be part of a state to have senators, but not enough for full representation in congress. We're the only jurisdiction that pay federal taxes and our member cannot vote when their member has no senators And that's that's you you can't vote right.
