Leadership Development Is a Blind Spot
When we focus on leadership development too, it communicates something. If i know that there's a pathway for me to grow and develop, then team dynamics usually come together more cohesively. Team dynamics are things like trust. Do our team trust one another? Because it is really hard to move things forward if there's a lack of trust organizationally. Or how we communicate? Another big one in team dynamics for me, is pure to pure accountability. And ultimately it's the one quicksand for an organization like Raiford says.
