Is There a Pulse?

Electrical capture does not necessarily equate to a mechanical capture or in simple terms let's just call it a pulse. This is what we of course should be most interested in as I'm pretty sure like I said our patients will be very interested in having one. So where is the best place that we're going to check for a pulse? Well with those contractions in the chest in mind I think feeling for a carotid pulse might not be the best place to start and we're probably better off checking for a radial pulse preferentially here. But you need to do that purposefully I think and bringing that arm a little bit away from the bedside just to make sure 100% that
