What would the ucranian forces try and do to break that siege? And what weapons would they need? First, they're going to try to vent the encirclement. It's critical that the ukranians keep some type of supply corridor into the city. Had they had stingers on day one, i think we'd see a very different sit due to the bine administration's objections to send those arms free flowing into the country.
