Is There a Better Way?

There are people who honestly argue that it can only be good. There is no possibility of it being anything but nice because it's so smart. The least bad option is to somehow get, I'm just asking question, a coalition of say, government regulators, companies and civil society to agree on trying to slow some of the stuff down or constrain who has access. So again, it depends on how difficult the problem turns out to be.
