The Creepy Guy Who Lived in Hell's Kitchen

There was this seriously creepy guy living there who creeped me out beyond belief. At first, he used to room my bathroom face for storage, but then like I just throw everything I don't need into a huge pile kind of way. Then one day I see him decluttering the room, the next I see him stripping all the old wallpaper. Those curtains were closed for three years before they finally opened again.
