The Importance of Passive Range Emotion in Training

The training history of the athlete plays a massive role in that. So they might be able to push themselves into these end ranges, but not actually have the strength to use those end ranges during climbing. But often can hide the fact that someone can really push themselves down into box splits for a test and they can take the pain of squeezing that last centimeter out. If you do the full flexibility testing that Josh has created, you can see can I actually lift my leg into that position. And for any of the athletes that have done that, I've found that really interesting things approach to use.
