Is Continuous Infusion a Contemporary Anesthesia?

Jacqueline: Mike's point was that their mode of anesthetic, little insight delivered to the patient is not quote unquote contemporary. And in fact, the only reason most people have practiced this continuous infusion, which I think Mike is trying to say is contemporary, is because that's the first pumps that were made. She says even more contemporary anesthesia providers are actually providing intermittent bolus seeing hands program intermittent bolus and offer a slight advantage. Jacqueline said she has seen fetal beta cardiose CSEs but they don't increase the risk of emergency section or change fetal outcomes.
