The Bubble and the Economy

If the economy tanks interest rates go way up they know what bets are off everything. You will see a little bit of a gradual price softening across the board though. The only thing that I see interrupting all of this and this gets into cars, art, real estate is interest rates. This thing called the bubble. It's not a bubble. But yeah if you have money grab stuff why it's soft. Because you've got the money to do it.
