In academia, where else do you have the privilege of putting these big ideas on a table and having people spend 12 weeks in a semester thinking about them? I don't think it's an academia alone. I mean, I think it's in any community of reflection and all that. And I could go in there and say, part of the difficulties here are that basically what you really need are more and more self-authoring employees. That's really what you're asking for.
