The Benefits of Consistency

I've tried to meditate for hours at a time before and it hasn't worked. Consistency is the key, I can tell you that from doing it consistently, even for a very small time period, it has made a huge difference. There's all this research that's being done right now that shows that it helps you in all these different areas. You don't have to pick one or the other. The practice of meditation if you're able to isolate it, I think, is a lot of value.
