Like many successful businesses or sporting clubs you've got to kind of build that franchise. I think we have been quite successful in building a franchise in Australia where people are ringing us now they want to come and play or work for us. We certainly pay our staff well but where we probably differentiate ourselves from maybe some of the hedge funds based in in Asia is that we very much encourage teamwork... A strong team will always beat a bunch of individuals and that's really how we want to pitch ourselves.
