The Role of Cerebellar Lesions in Cognitive Testing

Bedside cognitive testing can definitely miss cognitive impairment. I think that's where activities of daily living is super useful. The clumpiness, like you said, I'm not hearing any other granular or any other long track signs except the cortical spinal and no other features of a taxi,. Like speech or eye movements or anything. So we are hearing clumsiness without any appreciable weakness. And so if we take that at face value, it does suggest there's something in the right cerebellum that would not explain the right up going toe. We may have a cerebellar lesion here and maybe there is a previous lesion that's causing the up going toe on the right
