I like the guided meditations. I do quite a lot of them online, especially if I get insomnia is listening to someone else tell me what I need to do physically and mentally to block everything out. That is really powerful and absolutely love that. And I also like the fact like you, I found some loopholes in meditation. So rather than it being like sat on the floor, it is running with no music or it is going for a walk or a swim,. But you're just counting or or just trying to create a bit of a void in that absolute busyness. Space space space. It's about sorting your head out.
