The Future of Efficient Code

I think that what's weird about this is that computers have generally gotten faster, we've gotten more memory, and yet we're still very focused on efficiency in at least some cases. I wonder why that like, a lot of things don't need that efficiency. Maybe the maybe part of the reason for the efficiency focus is to take that cliff and push it back as far as we possibly can. Yeah. So yeah, happy path being the resource efficient path.
