Eaway: Biomimicry is a way of looking at deep patterns to understand how we might shift or alter those behaviors. Eaway: You can set up scenarios, say, in your work place, where you tell two people you're going to be working together for the next year and they'll figure it out. The best ways to deal with siblings fighting is not give them the choice to just, you know, argue and then go play with their friends. And so if we change the habitat condition, then we can actually create the space for those other behaviors to emerge.
