The Importance of Long Term Goals

There's going to be a lot of listeners out there and say, you know, I really want to do what Jeff and JM do. What advice would you give them looking at yourself even 25, 30 years ago? Boy, I had more hair back then. We didn't have a 20 year plan of how we were going to raise capital. And that's the way we did it. The world moves, the world evolves, and you've just got to be really ready to see it and react to it and take advantage of it.
