The Advantages of Having a Flexible Schedule

I can pick the hours I work best. For me, I'm more of a morning person. So I prefer to work in the morning so I can set my schedule to coincide with the morning. The only downside is that there is no limit to your work - you can work as much as you want. But for some people, that could be a downside. There could be too much work if you make too much work for yourself.
