Do You Have a Clutter Problem?
If you are going to do the full de clutter, give yourself some time to adjust. Notice your digital twitches because those tell you something about how dependent you might have become on these things. It takes a while to build a new habit and i think for both of us, we found it took a little over a week to fl it really feel comfortable with some of the changes we've been making. But after that, you don't even think about it. Never think about instagram any more. We will see you in a couple o tuesdays at 8pm on Channel 4.

A digital declutter—an idea that Cal Newport popularizes in his new book, Digital Minimalism—is an exercise where you step back from most parts of your digital life for one month, to see which things bring you the most value.
