Step three is Reenoculate. In this step basically says, take probiotics, eat fermented foods, drink fermented beverages, drink your kombucha, all as well,. It has been amended to include prebiotics which again, we went into in so much detail in episode 78. And I talked a lot more about this in episode 37, entitled Liver Health Bile Production, Intermittent Fasting. So keep that in mind. You can't re-inoculate with probiotics. They don't take up permanent residence in your gut. But they'll stay and help out anywhere between a week or two weeks at best.
