Living a Life Focused on Human Performance"I don't know that I've ever really focused on wellness, ever. I do wake up and I say to myself, 'I want to feel well.' For me, I get lit up by being in a flow state and being in that feeling of awe, joy, and curiosity. For me, wellness is never up there. Wellness is something that's harder to feel if you don't already experience those feelings and flow state. I want my body to work flawlessly but it's okay if it doesn't. For me, I want to feel amazing and not necessarily feeling healthy needs to be a part of that.
