The Black Owned Small Business and Nonprofit Clinic
Every month in our Nashville and Birmingham offices, we have a legal clinic where we have emerging business owners. We do a lot of advising on formation and bylaws and corporate, you know, nonprofit governance type issues. It has been an extremely popular pro bono initiative for our transactional attorneys who this is what they do. And the thing that I think I like most is that people can come to me with ideas and I see it as my responsibility to make them a reality.
