How to Approach a Disciplined Trader
I think there's a very stint gap in both intuitive traders and logical traders or logical strategies. I'm trying to, with the two young guys working for me, and this is going to sound strange, specifically with no previous experience in the particular field. But obviously, back at Tony, he's got a very strong background of maths. And Michael's got, he's very much more of that abstract or creative side. So I'm essentially trying to avoid doing what everyone else has done in that space and try to marry up to forms of thinking. Because I really think that there's a definite advantage for a human trader with the efficiency of an algorithmic team or statistics.
