Is Remote Work Coming to an End?

The first visible impact of remote work will be the death of many studios who aren't located in game deb hubs. Smaller studios outside the hubs have relied on paying their talent. That is coming to an end with the remote work. And finally, thing that that i personally think is very challenging is building and engaging and undstanding company culture in a fully remote set up.
