In some cases, brands don't even realize they're going to not be on YouTube in some cases. It's actually in the fine print. Google doesn't bring this up in marketing pitches for True of You and doesn't put it in the marketing copy. But he analyzed a huge volume of ad impressions that were bought through TrueView to figure out what kinds of third party properties they were actually landing on. And he found that, like, well, in his sample, 80% of the time, it didn't conform to the Google promise standards.
