Start Slow, Finish Strong
Start slow, finish strong. It is the optimal way to run your best in a race. If you are not doing it, then you're leaving ime out there. That is for certain. And so you can learn. You can learn to get this right by doing races. Oan practise races, training races where you intentionally start slower than you would if you were racing all out. Give yourself plenty of room to finish strong and teach your body and mind how it works. No matter how you feel with one to two miles to go in a race, make the decision to empty the tank and push until you can push no more or until the finished line comes. Leave it all in
