The Importance of Predictions in Pathology

For years every time I issued a report that had some kind of prediction in it like I think this is most likely within Goma or a Glaubai Stoma or whatever. I would record that prediction on a website called prediction book.com and more important than just recording the prediction to follow up the histology. I also recorded how certain I was about the outcome. That's the key. If you don't write that down you always think that oh yeah I thought that all along. So if you're correctly calibrated when you say there's a 70% chance that this is X seven out of ten times you'll be right and three out of 10 times you will be wrong.
