What's Happening With Public Sector Unions?

There's been a decades long political campaign to weaken unions. Public sector unions have been subject in actually quite recent years to pretty significant weakening at the hands of the judiciary. The Supreme Court ruled that public sector unions can't require dues from non union workers, which is a big blow because if those people aren't paying money in, they're still getting the benefits of the union.
