What's the Difference Between Paro and Cicero?

In the past i've thought of varrow as the quotations there being more akin to something he might find in a really big dictionary. But then, like, o interesting is it? What choices are made to put dictionaries together? I know this possibly might not be interesting for everyone dictionaries, but it tells you that there's some kind of framework. Paro and cicero aren't writing in a vacuum. They're drawing on a lot of things. Both of them quoting e text so vigorously suggests, strongly suggests, book use. So when you deal with fragments, you're forced to have an ima nation because you don't have the whole thing there.
