Career Transitions - How to Prepare for Interviews
The elevator pitch or preparing like my story has always been really, really important. If you are a career transitioner, I think that is a critical part is to get your story straight. And then secondly from that, studying like the content. So for UX type jobs and for advertising type roles, we had a portfolio. Part of the technical part is being able to walk someone through one or two projects. Sometimes like in advertising, they would go through your whole book. You have to be prepared to talk about each of like five projects. Maybe even they just want to brainstorm with you on the spot about something for UX design.
