How to Focus on the Process Not the Results

If we could teach our kids one thing to be successful in life, it would be learning how and when to ask for help. We want to create an environment that makes it okay to asking for help. The challenge that most of our kids face with ADHD or ADD is that they have trouble putting processes in place to manage their lives. They don't really see the processes. And so there is this important environment that you can create for your kids about what life is like.
