The Importance of Collaboration in Design

Brad: Design teams are still relatively immature maybe that's a hard word but there is this lack of maturity in that design teams have only really started to get to a point where in the last eight or nine years we've got their words engineering teams have been set up for 20 30 years at least. Brad: I feel like that there's this fear that people aren't creating enough and justifying their worth and we end up with loads of bullshit artifacts forgive my friend  that almost make them feel more secure. Do you think there's an easy way to shift the sort of mental model away from like an artifact creating culture and what do you think we need to do to actually get away from that
