The Differences Between Worrying and Worry

One can always imagine worse scenarios and experience a little bit of happiness despite almost any outcome right. What's the difference between this and just worrying there's got to be a difference. Worrying is done with less clarity of thought so you just sort of find yourself idly sort of half imagining things - that's what happens when you worry. When you do this negative visualization you're saying well what could actually happen and what could actual happen then... You know it puts a ground floor on things and says okay I think the result is your kind of strength and to go forward.
